Considering there are only 3 Battletoads, a potential replacer for Rochelle would be Princess Angellica, though I guess that would require a lot of work involving a custom model for the princess. Great mod for the game.

The one that replaces Ellis seems to be broken in the textures. Checking the files, it seems you left out a "toad_high_colormap_v2" material in the folder directory "materials/models/monti/toad", based on the .mdl file's information.
