it's not currently placeble. It's just the heavy item that you need to keep in your inventory or in any container nearby. Or even on the floor near your character.

Right now Research journal acts like normal Notebook/Journal - you can write something into it and then read it without consuming journal.
Strange things... it should be used just as ordinary journal/notebook and not being consumed in process... I'll take a look into it...
I'm sorry, I mistakenly thought I wasted 100% of the chemicals for one vaccine. For real, is was 10% or less.
But u still need to test vaccine with 1-2 weak zombification and np Sickness status showing... i mean instanly aftrer bitten by zombie.
Right now I can't say what went wrong in your game... all medicines should work even when Sickness status not showing...
About PS... Are you saying that there is not enough Chemicals in your game? It was totally fine for me even on lowest loot settings. I've managed to stock a lot in my storage without leaving one little town...
I set zombification 1-2 weaks for my MP server, ive got a bitten by zombie, we make lab and ive injected the vaccine, but 4-5 days later ive got a Sick...
P.S. Make chem duration is 50% for 50 blood component vaccine,15% for 15 b/c vaccine, and 1% for test chem is SO RARE and it's feel bad:C PLEASE
So let's check again.
1) You have a research journal (special item you need to craft) in your inventory.
2) You have test tubes and appropriate knife in your inventory.
3) You right-clicked dead zombie body.
... and still no option to take blood sample, right? Have you tried to take blood from different corpses?
The Cure should really remove infection. It worked several times for me. Maybe there are some other circumstanses that make you sick again?
Also, how did you know it was reset to 0% ? Did you use debug mode or something else?
Nope. Those things are not spawning on zombies. If you put this mod on the existing server, you gotta do soft reset or other manipulations to make items spawn.
But there is a chance that those items will spawn in medical places where nobody ever visited yet (That's how loot spawning in zomboid works).
Right now there is no way to clean them. It's not really needed. Even on low loot settings you will find enough of them. And it will also encourage you to visit other towns to find more syringes.

I have never used "Examine Corpses [DISCONTINUED]" in my gameplay.
But I just subscribed to it to check the code. And there are no hard links to b1n0m's original Antiserum mod. In other words, you can just add any Antiserum mod version (including this one) and that "Examine Corpses [DISCONTINUED]" mod to your server. It should work by default. I do not play PZ right now so try it yourself. If there would be issues, I may try to just add corpse examination to this mod's functionality.
It's kinda strange. Can you verify that mod is really installde on mod? Like check are there recipes from mod.
Or have you restarted the server after installing mod?
And are you sure you have all the needed items to harvest samples from corpses?
Cures clear only your infection level and nausea moodlet. Even after using cure you keep the bites on your body. Bites are heavy injuries that are healed after a long time (in-game week or month maybe). But they are not permament.
In my game I got bitten several times then used cure. Bites were healed after some weeks.
So your option is to simply wait and bandage those bites. Eventually they will be gone.
That's right. b1n0m created this mod for singleplayer experience in first place, not for multiplayer.
I wanted to add interactions with other players but don't know how.
It weighs a lot if that's the case.
I thought it would be something you place or drop like a generator to then work with
