I get what your saying but from my experience as a known dupe maker for the last 3 years; its not exactly like that.

Several of my friends make similar or outright different content but sadly said fnaf dupes make it much harder for them to actually get seen.

An example; my friend CheeseKeys; he makes stuff similar to me but with less addons and said stuff can be controlled like MachineCult's stuff; but his stuff rarely hits the top page; it was only after the down voting began that his Sinistarch got decent views.

Why? its simple, his stuff is niche like my stuff is; especially when I first started; but unlike when I started there is much more fnaf and general garbage in the way.

TLDR:
The issue is not that people don't care, is that they can't even find my friends stuff because they don't know he exists.

What i mean is that high effort stuff will be glanced away even without the fnaf dupes, simply because people don't care.

Dupes aren't that famous as opposed to models or actual addons, only some of them thrive because of their uniqueness or if they are made by famous people. Like i mentioned, you can go treasure hunting for "gold" dupes like the example you put it's not that hard if you know how to search, but they are simply just not good enough or people don't care. There's nothing to be done about this fnaf dilema other to get good at searching

I know how a search bar works but that is NOT the point.

The point is; this low effort garbage floods the workshop and makes finding good stuff hard; makes it harder for dupes of actual good quality to be seen or even known about.

Tell me; how the hell am I supposed to find something I don't even know exists by searching for it?

Example; Imagine a model of something oddly specific existing on the workshop as a dupe and its VERY high quality; like a "Bucket Wheel Excavator" (not the best example but you get the idea)

Now; imagine nobody knew that specific dupe existed and its buried under fnaf dupes.

Actual good shit nobody knows about is in the dupes area; but is smothered by the endless fnaf garbage and is often too niche to be found by searching.

Hell; my Volt Soldier only got seen because I share it on my steam group; My friends make stuff that is also niche and won't gets seen via searches.

TLDR:
FNAF smothers those small dupe makers who make unique and cool stuff.

1. those 2500 took a long time to make, i been playing since 2017.

If you are trying to avoid fnaf dupes just search for what you want or make it youself, if you have the time to make 2500 dupes, you have the time to search for exactly what you want.

You also don't seem to understand my point; I want fnaf dupes gone as their in ALL categories and there is no way to filter that out without limiting what else you see.

Like; you could filter out a majority of it by hiding the posing/other categories but such an option does not exist; the workshop does NOT work like this.

And no; I'm not trying to avoid dupes; I'm trying to find the good ones; but said fnaf keeps smothering pretty much everything

And the fact it smothers everything around it is why I'm doing this, actually good dupes get crushed under the wave of low quality garbage.

Anyway; I would not rely on S&Box at all; its going to take a while if they want to make it decent; hell, source 2 isn't even finished yet.

All we can really do right now is punch the fnaf dupes away and make this games workshop more tolerable for however long it has left.
