Report a translation problem
Was trying to create a local copy with the recipe tweaked but it screwed my game / extensions list. Could you update your code to use more turret and advanced electronics instead of weapon components as tradeoff?

The weapons are really good, but why does it take non-Terran components to build them when they are Terran weapons?

In principle, this would be very easy to do (for me). I decided against it when creating the mod and only released the weapons for capitals. The reason lies in the immersion, in the story around it. The weapons have a prototype status that is (still) dangerous for biomatter and should therefore remain somewhat exclusive. After all, a lot of expensive Terran military development work has gone into them. A release for M-ships would make it necessary to change the whole story around it.
In the development of my other mods, I have therefore always paid attention to integrity and consistency. In the Combat Drone, for example, the gamma emitter is equipped as standard (see the explanation text ingame). With the Kyoto Flagg, the weapons are again available as very powerful main guns; there also as L and M Turrets. In each individual case, always with a complementary and consistent story across all my mods.
Depending on how far you are willing to go, you can change the parameter in the wares file for yourself.

Did you try to buy them for M-ships? Then everything is fine. The weapon are available for L and above. These are experimental (prototype) weapon and not for M-ships. Something "exclusive" ;))
