There has been a recent update to AYC mod.
Key line of interest: "Fixed errors with building the floor on the water in multiplayer."
I have not tested with this mod and the spawn point yet, but I am assuming that they have unintentionally fixed the spawn point mishaps in this mod?
"That makes you cannot...support it"
- AH interesting - I did NOT know/ test that detail.
I suppose because that AYC mod was supposed to be made in conjunction with the idea that the yachts are supposed to be used to get to a modded map area...
(which I forget the name of right now....maybe Kingsmouth...Cherbourg...OTR...?)
...So for balance purposes they decided to disable building over water?
THAT MAKES SENSEE!
Cheers! Have a nice weekend
- Pick up the box and place it on the dock-bridge.
- Swim underneath the campfire and still get burned by it
HAHA! Thanks for the reply, I found the problem:

PROBLEM: (AYC) Aquatsar Yacht Club (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2392987599)
This mod allows you to "take a running jump in water (WASD + Shift + Space)"
But for some reason, since your mod has a spawn point above the water, the game just makes it so that I spawn underneath(?) the dock that you made to spawn on.
What is even stranger is when I get back onto the shore (with AYC mod activated), and try to walk onto the dock, i just fall into the water, WITHOUT pressing WASD+SHIFT+SPACE.
And if i enter the narrow part of the dock, I will be constrained by the 'edges' of the 'dock-bridge' as if I was actually walking on it and being prevented from walking into the water (except in this case obviously I am already in the water and just randomly unable to walk/ swim through the boundary of the dock-bridge.
Conclusion: Removing AYC mod fixes the problem - I can walk on it and spawn on it when AYC is removed.
But even with AYC mod active, it's not really a problem if one REALLY wants to use both mods together. the simple fix is just spawning somewhere else then travelling on foot to Barricaded Strip Mall.
Thanks and have a nice weekend!
Part2:
Notice:
why i choose to delete the "map_1249_499.bin to map_1264_480.bin" but not "map_1244_502.bin to map_1267_480.bin" ?
Beacuse i haven't been to 12449x5023 and 12672x4809 in the game, so the file "map_1244_502.bin to map_1267_480.bin" haven't spawn at all, so i choose the file the match the coordinate the most.
Part1:
Not the game files, it's the file in your server save folder, i try it myself and it works, this is how i did it :
1.go to online map "http://map.six.ph/#0.73862,0.19826,27" and click the coordinate tool on the left, record 2 coords (imagine a square that contain the area you want to reset, you take the top left point and lower right point coords),in this case i have 2 coords"12449x5023 and 12672x4809"
now we only need the first 3 number from each coordinate , so it's 124_502 and 126_480.
2.I go to my sever save folder"C:\Users\XXX\Zomboid\Saves\Multiplayer\servertest"
and find the file name that match the coords that i recorded the most, i select "map_1249_499.bin" and HOLD SHIFT and select "map_1264_480.bin" and delete them
and restart the sever and the area you delete will be reset.
1.现在支持官方的游戏内置地图了。
Small update 15/01/2022 (No important changes):
1.Now support official in-game map.
