the hair and the tail still stays black after i give them the float $alpha, i tryed to put it into the hair and the other hair but it just makes the tail and the hair invisible.

I know this is really late, but I figured out how to fix the weird black texture for all of the shattered versions. Right-click on the model and select the add override materials tab, then click on 'show in element viewer -> animation set. Expand game model -> materials, then right-click body_mtl (this also works with hair and eyes option). Add attribute -> click Float, and then type $alpha.

VTF exported textures are bugged and shows black textures only and not the textures itself

@ddqqff It's not a bug, it's the model set up like this. I move it as low as possible under the scene\map.

why does the Roxy model have black beads on her bracelets and belt, but they are only silver on the back of her neck? In the original model, they are all silver, not black.

@XDZR8 I would tell you to try changing the textures of the model directly from the source files, but as far as I know these models are a bit complicated to change the textures. Try unsubscribing, deleting all model folders manually, just to be safe, and then resubscribing. However, if you feel in difficulty add me, that we try to find a solution together.

Maybe this seems stupid to everyone who has no problem with the model, but the normal Roxy model has a problem with the hair texture (completely black) and I'm not capable of repairing it with commands like "basetexture" or "color", which don't affect in any way the model.
Any idea why the hair has that problem for me?
(The shattered version works great and the hair is as it should)

everything is great! but...one thing problem is...roxy hair just black like she use hairstyle LMAO! anyway roxy shattered hair is fine already colours roxy hair but i tried to change it roxy hair it won't change it....pls fix i'm so desperate to want change it normal her colours hairs..and tails as well :)

@Fawn I move it as low as possible, out of the scenographic map and the frame. Making it actually invisible is much more complex to do.

so a weird things happening with this model (ive also noticed it with monty one other time) its when i load it up, the eye texture starts glitching out with little black fleks, and also th entire skin turns black when i change skins. anyone else having this issue?
