@DenVosReinhart there's a website called TheSoundsResource that has sounds from hundreds of video games. I didn't find any Marx sounds for the SNES version, but there are plenty in the DS version's archive. They all start with 01XX_SE_MARK

@mistermister102 Custom music is kind of buggy in Terraria. If your game, for some reason, can't play a music file, it will automatically set music volume to 0 to prevent a crash.

does anyone else get a bug where when "marx" is summoned, the game just turns music off? i thought it was a feature for a bit, but when my music wasnt happening afterwards i looked at my settings and it was turned to 0%?

I wanted to keep the laugh in one way or another. If I somehow manage to find the rest of EoL's sound files then I could replace the summoning sound with Marx's laugh, and his death throghs (no idea how you spell that) as the EoL's death sound....

Same goes for the name. I've been trying to get it to work so Empress of Light is replaced by Marx in text, but for some reason the localization isn't happening right.
