Not working for me in multiplayer, the yard channel shows up but nothing plays at 20:00, I tested on the second day. Having the same problem with big Bruno, and electrical Ethan by jester

is there a mod (or an option i was too dumb to find) that makes the shows go for the whole game so long as i find time after a while?

Had an idea for another series for you, "After Hours" TV show that boosts strength and fitness a small amount with a play time of 10 pm or midnight. You know because of exercise. :)

Nevermind, I just noticed tv's I find in a new area all have the channels so I'll just dismantle the old tv.

You need to go to the load section, select your save, there is an option to add or remove mods along with deleting the save. Here you can add the wanted mods to the save, this is separate from the main mods that you can toggle in the menu and will only change that save. Warning though, changing mods mid save is a good way to get unwanted effects or corruption

I'll be honest, no idea @DrBossWatson.

I think, and don't quote me on it haha, that it handles all of the radio/tv populating when you start a save, don't think you can just add a new tv/radio mod after the game has started. Could be wrong on that, but try a fresh save?

Thanks for helping me troubleshoot! Turns out I didn't copy them to the mods folder so the server was set to use the mod but just wasn't.. I've corrected that but I still don't see the channels, I'm trying some different things to see if I can copy the channels over from another save but do you know how or if it is possible to add them to an existing game?

Shouldn't need to do anything specific @DrBossWatson.

There should only be an issue if you have other TV show mods that use the same tv channel frequency, but the chance of that is slim.

Are there any tricks to get them to show up in-game? I'm hosting a small mp game off my pc and I don't see new channels... I'll double check the installation when I get home but the other mods I added at the same time worked and we started a new game.

you should add 2 other shows that give electrical and metalworking levels :0, i mean they all go hand in hand with mechanics
