Thanks for this, do like the increase in staff numbers over that of the one within the game. The number of judges and bailiffs is good, seems more authentic.

Based on a Developer comment (December 20th) version 0.8.6.x was supposed to be available in a few days.

A few days later (December 23) I published this mod thinking 0.8.6.x was just hours away from being released. But it looks like it won't happen until early January.

Releasing this a bit early. The Court Building requires version 0.8.6.x to function but the tourism part should work for now.
