What is the difference between the prop vehicle and the actual vehicle, except for the file size?

Gimmie a bell closer to the time if you need anything and ill see what we can sort, I'm also hoping to bring an updated FENZ Fire Truck and St John + Wellington Free ambulances too, but between Ryde, a break and everything else. im not sure when those are coming. Hopefully soon though
