@wungsten it doesn't break it, in fact it increases crew capacity and unlocks some features, though I forget which.

@ashen Most of the "blocks" are a custom image. However, they are meant to look like... uh... the blocks from Xb's materials, I think. I forget the exact object names.

hey, wich blocks did you use for the ship itself? i cant find the lined paneling and the dark pipe looking pieces, or the floor and ceiling blocks,

@xbxbxb123 That was a good opportunity to get started with Starbound modding so here I am, with the patch: https://github.com/Grabsky/xb_materials_enhanced_storage_patch

I don't know how to publish it on Steam Workshop so it have to be installed manually for now. Feel free to include it in Xb's Materials if you want, it's licensed under MIT.

Hey, thanks for making this mod, it's great. Do you mind adding Enhanced Storage support for custom ship containers? (Advanced Ship Locker, Wall Locker)

@toadofsteel sorry about that, I'm not sure what would cause that problem. Maybe a mod confict or something? Could also be missing the required mod that should have been downloaded automatically...?

UPDATE: Was able to use spawnitem to add a SAIL to my inventory. I'll see if it survives the first upgrade after the mission.

I started a new file with this mod. SAIL is completely missing, and the teleporter exists but is invisible (I walk 1 tile into the air where the teleporter should be and can beam down using the button)

Currently stuck because I cannot use SAIL to launch the Erchius Mining Facility mission. Will try to spawn in a new SAIL.

@ashen I'm pretty sure it isn't possible to fix this as that's how vanilla ships work, you just don't notice it with those. I'll fix it if I find a way though.

oh by the way just thought id let you know, the character model is placed infront of the ship visually in the foreground like an object,
while blocks are infront of the player usually,
might wanna fix that. anyway, thanks for making this and responding!

when i spawned sail the collision was still there for the cat but i couldnt put the new teleporter down

thanks, i tried but the teleporter wouldnt fit so i had to delete my shipworld file to start over. luckily i hadnt done erchius mines yet and took most of the valuable stuff out of my locker

@ashen I know, you can spawn new ones with the item names in the description. I made a mistake that would potentially cause issues later and fixing it made that happen.

@ashen Existing characters should keep their ship as it is unless you upgrade said ship. Other than that, it's too much effort to make a mod for every race separately, so I won't be doing that

could we get one for seperate vanilla races? or atleast human novakid and floran/glitch? i dont really want to replace ALL of them because i have previous save files, just one for new characters

Titan: read the description. It is not currently compatible with any modded races unless those races happen to use the same ship as one of the vanilla races

If you upgrade your ship to a higher tier or delete your ship file, it will be replaced with this one. Otherwise your ship will remain the same. Is that right?
