Wasn't happy with how these guys are performing...too weak, and not worth the price.
They were intended to be sort of an upgrade, compared to the Terrorgheists, and they didn't fill that role well enough.
To fix this, I just uploaded some changes. The exact details are in the changelog. Long story short, I bumped up their stats and combat performance to be significantly improved, without being OP. They got a small recruit cost increase to match their new power.

I thought that having the dragons obey your orders, at all times, conflicted with the idea behind the units. So, I just added Rampage to create more of a sense of realism. Too much damage in too short a time, and these dragons won't be able to resist their primal anger.
