If I make more maps it will probably be in Enfusion for Arma 4.
Tools for A3 map making are really a pain to use.
It's just a suggestion.
I can already more or less be played as a WW2 map IMHO.
Any possibilites that you could make a WW2 version of it ?
I also like Proving Grounds alot, I think someone in CUP want to work on an extension but, as always, things take time. Files are available in A2 licensed data pack but i requires some efforts to be able to edit them I think. The current CUP version is a 1-1 port from A2.
No other map like it I've found.
Same goes for this one. I think there is only one location on Tanoa like this, and it's smaller than this whole map.
I used the sat generated by L3DT and modified it a lot in GIMP by hand with brushes etc. Only the forests still use the texture noise generated by L3DT, the rest is hand work.
May I ask how did you go about the satellite imagery? Did you make your own seamless textures for the sat, did you salvage some from actual satellites to fuzz and make your own? Did you make a custom climate in L3DT or how did you go about it? Thanks and have a good one!
Si un jour tu fais le pas, les tutos faits par la commu sont vraiment très bien.
