@Keir is the vehicle submerged? If so the water pressure may prevent the bilge pumps from working. Use advanced tooltips to see water level from the fluid meter. The pivot is for rotating the instrument panel and clock into place.

@keh Nope, the water level doesnt go down. and i cant tell if the fluid meter reading is dropping.

also, can i ask what the pivot to the right of the driver seat is for?

@Minekart124 That might be an unfortunate limitation of the system. When the radar is doing an sweep the missile might be approaching from the opposite direction and thus the radar cannot detect it.

APS system doesnt work, chaff is not lauched when a radar missile is incoming
