@Kowalski Whenever i try to go to the forums to get server perks it says the page took too long,so i can't get it.

i put 'CustomCharacters=Ghostface.GhostfaceSkin' at the bottom of 'serverperks.ini' and the skin is nowhere still

how to I enable this character? I tried the mutator and still nothing happens. please help
