Whenever I try to open my storage it gives me a blank screen, anything about this? I have a lot of stuff in there too that I wouldn't wanna lose :(

Confirmed, neither Task Force 141's nor Rangers' training work when you are in a vehicle. I figured a way to use "set up camp" mod, I... set up a camp and then proceed on foot to the nearest settlement for training/work/turning in an enemy pawn.

Additionally, why Ranger's ration meal gives +3 mood, and MRE from this mod gives only +2?

the enlisting is the best outposting content I have experienced thus far

sadly it really doesnt play nice with VE: Vehicles
can you guys come together and work something out?
its super finnicky getting people out of the vehicles just so i can turn them in or have them train
in a vehicle it just straigt up doesnt work

@chrismmar - Please refer to the CE patchers in discord for it mate, I appreciate the PSA. I would like to stress for everyone else planning to report it to me, that I don't do CE patches and I don't have the time to make make them

@AggravatedAstronomer - Yes, it's more of 1.5 fixing it and giving us the option to make it work well, so all credits to Ludeon. Sadly not a feature fixed for 1.4 at all, but I suppose it's why we updated in the first place.

@BIBIDUCRACKOLM - Thanks. As for your question, I'm not gonna do any particular country's army as of this reply. Maybe I'll do 1-3 famous ones, but the problem with doing country X is someone will want country Y and I will have an unfortunately, endless list of mods to make with little return besides money spent on commissioned artists and time spent coding them. The mods are a hobby at the end of the day, and I do not get paid for them, so sadly mate I have a hard time saying yes to a lot of requests

@Snakeater - Buffed how? It's cold protection is already near if not as high as parka and it's got a rather higher protection rating than what vanilla has for their apparel. I think it's good enough, short of being 200% bulletproof

Hey, thought I should mention that the most recent patch of CE broke the balaclavas, they no longer show up if you use CE and this mod at the same time. otherwise mod seems to work fine. :steamthumbsup:

Bro your mods are awesome could you do one for the french army ? Like weapons with the HK you already did, with ceasar canons and drones like in Ukraine war ! Spots drone, suicides drones with folding blades, french legion étrangère, RAID, BRI !!! Man so much potential please do something for us french people !!

New reinforcements feature for 1.4 and 1.5

1.5 no longer shows balaclavas over helmets, glad to say. Cheers all.

Also there was a UI error due to faulty backpack code that was fixed some days ago, in case anyone didn't report it and wanted updates. Cheers

@chrismmar - sadly just an oversight in vanilla apparel, mine can be worn but with the flaw of rendering over a helmet in 1.4 (unknown yet how we can fix this for 1.5)

As for CE and its effects, I don’t make patches for the mod. Have tried and failed. Unfortunately you’ll have to ask patchers in their discord or try and fix it yourself, they just do things differently and I have enough on my plate doing things for vanilla

sorry o bother you with this but can you make the masks its own slot? i tried wearing them with recon armour while using CE and it wont let me, but before using CE it did let me, seems CE changes the coverage layer of some clothes, but i still find it weird how you cant wear a balaclava under the helmet. ive seen other mods add extra slots for specific items they add so you can always have them on, thanks in advance.

btw i tested this theory only with vanilla, this mod, and harmony. And the result is the same. Only colorable balaclavas get drawn on top. I guess one fix would be to make all masks non colorable and make the helikon from this mod as the base color needed for the faction. maybe include a separate one that people can color if they want.

and even using the character creator mod to make one of the balaclavas as colorable that by default are not able to be colored, they suddenly get drawn on top again.

ive been tinkering with the balaclava defs and looking into which ones are being drawn over the helmets for your mods and it looks like the ones that do it are the colorable ones. all the balaclavas that aren't colorable dont do it. at least in my case. idk if that info helps or not. but im messing around with stuff seeing if i can figure anything out.

I have a small question, the quest obtained by $50 intelligence does not have any mission information (including mission description, objectives, rewards) on the mission panel, is it possible that this is caused by a mod incompatibility? Has any player encountered this before and solved it?

@mightchat - The empire would see 141 and the space refugees coming from their world as dangerous and armed asylum seekers, albeit with more primitive technology. The two would clash heads when it comes to territory, resources and artefacts.

@Goblin Conscript - Does not require CE, I don't have anything to do with the development of CE, neither does it say it on the description, the page or the mod preview that it needs CE the same way its tagged to require Harmony.

I think the issue is on your end, either steam sided or something else you may have enabled. Rest assured, the error has nothing to do with the mod acting up on its own.

@AggravatedAstronomer - Thanks for bringing it to my attention mate. Made some interesting findings.

- Balaclavas do render under helmets if worn first, but you have to be zoomed out (making it pointless cause you won't even see the aesthetic)
- If you have Camera+, the render distance for balaclavas under helmet is closer. This gave it the impression that this is how it normally works, cause I've always tested with it on, which is my bad for the oversight

It's frustrating indeed, especially when the devs chin us off about fixing these features because we're just modders with mods that aren't part of the base game. Wish they'd just sort the game and add this as a normal feature, sadly I have to dance through every hoop to make things work with duct tape.

I'll try and find a way to sort it out when possible, and I'll speak to coders, otherwise I can only update the description like you suggest. Cheers mate.

FYI, I did the same test with the same results with the RH2 Rimmunation clothing mod. Sometimes the helmets go over the balaclava, but more often they don't.

If it helps, it did not seem random, or determined by the order I put the clothing on in. It seemed deterministic between the two items. Like there's some stat, specific to that instance of the item, interacting to determine the order.

For now, the best solution for me is to use the RH1 (eg British Military Kit, RH1 Rimmunation) versions of the mods, as those don't have head items that go on the head together.

For this reason, even if it's not possible to fix it, you might want to change the description, because as it stands it will send people on a wild goose chase trying to remove mods they think might cause it

I've just tested spawning in the taskforce 141 balaclavas and helmets too, and tried wearing them on my pawns. No matter which order I equip them in, the balaclava is always rendering on top.

Again this is with a totally vanilla, fresh world, with only T141 and Harmony mods running. I have all the DLC active too.

Hey CP, firstly thanks for your amazing mods! I always use a bunch of them :)

The description says that balaclavas should only render over helmets when you have other mods interfering, but I've tested on a new world with only this mod (and its requirement Harmony) and if you spawn Taskforce 141 trade caravans, some of them will appear with balaclavas over their helmets.

It was happening during my proper game too so I wanted to know if there's anything I can do to fix it

I think the Helikon mask is broken for the apparel load order. Even if you put that on first and then all the other gear it still shows through the helmet. I tested this using only RH2 Mods, maybe its a issue on my end but im not sure

Does this and your other faction mods require CE, or is it just compatible? I don't use it personally but get red popups in the menu about CE, and am not sure if this is a problem or not.
