Yes. its called "Common sense">> Just pull down the mask with Better Masks mod then select food then eat ta-da

Same. If this mod only blocked you from eating and drinking without the automatic equipping feature, then you could use the Better Masks mod to manually pull the mask off and on with the radial menu mod

@sch1zk I haven't tested it however I wonder if prepending to the queue instead of clearing it would work:

update: it DOES work with Better Masks, but I wish there was a compatibility patch with Better Masks that let you just "pull down" the face mask in order to eat, then pulled it back up
