So one unexpected advantage of the beta released 05th April 20222 is that I now get to see the issue that some of you were reporting. It should now be fixed. :)

SprinterPlayz: I had the same error. I also had MadHatter's other UK shops mod loaded but much lower down in the order. I put the local shops to the end of the load order and the error went away.

hi @Anthony - - the recent additions are all from the same street in real life and are next to each other in real life as per the screenshots. ;)

mix and matching shop fronts probably isn't going to happen. The difference between the two mods is that in the one you mention the basic shop is the same. Where as here there are a number of different base shops.

Update has some excellent new models. But if only we could mix and match the shop fronts? The Berlin elevated railway mod has this feature. Any chance, please, MH? Also the Lloyds bank model is crying out for some other shops in that style so that a street can be constructed.
