I think they all spawn in some places except the willbreaker drum, like it says

Super cool mod, only problem i conceivibly have with it is that the muzzle flash makes it very hard to see in first-person. Would be nice if it was reduced or moved to interfere a bit less

The Willbreaker does not appear in my hands when I equip it and it doesn't fire either. Just so you know what you're looking for.
