also, for those who are having problems with the draw distance, try typing "cl_maxrenderable_dist 10000" in the console, it fixed it for me.

Unfortunately I haven't touched Source shortly after releasing this map, so I cannot help, sorry.
I fixed it my self, that was not the cause of the lag, or, kind-of... The game would attempt to start the wave over and over and over in less than a second and keep saying you failed, because it uses an outdated version of TF2, it doesn't know what MvM is. Whatever you did to this map stopped that from happoning, after realising this was the cause of the lag my fix was I went in-game and quickly switched to spectator. It's now super smooth.
