I am not sure what I am doing wrong. But with this mod I am unable to do two things:
Diuretics and Corticosteroid Injections It is saying no nurse or doctor. But the departments where those treatments can be done are fully staffed.
As soon as I remove this mod I can do those treatments.
Can you please check ? Thank you in advance.
- Fixed issue with "Elevated Pancreatic Enzymes" symptom which was leading to doctors being stuck.
"In this case, the doctors are stuck because of a little overlook in the mod. Symptom SYM_PANCREATIC_ENZYMES_ELEVATED_RCDI from mod Realistic Collapses has an empty treatment filled in, which breaks the game as soon as any patient with Acute Pancreatitis collapses. We'll let the mod author know about this. Speaking of patients in pharmacy there is a bug and the patient is stuck due to rare coincidence while shift change. We will fix that and send you the repaired save file back."
No I haven't touched Replantation or any of the Trauma diagnoses or there treatments (yet).
Fixed issue that prevented doctors from carrying out microbial sampling for Acute Cholangitis patients.
Special thanks to @Yaumeister for finding the issue!
- Fixed an issue with a new symptom for Acute Pancreatitis that was causing the game to freeze
Question though: some treatments can't get done in the TC; like a pleural puncture. Shouldn't it?
Changes to Stroke:
- Stroke is now diagnosed by CT scan, Angiography or MRI instead of Echo
- IV TPA can now be administered in the Emergency department as well as the ICU and Neurology Dpt
- Cardiologists no longer treat stroke patients
- Changed percentage chance of appearance for symptoms of stroke
- Added atherosclerosis as potential symptom for stroke
- Added new treatment called "statins" which is now the treatment for atherosclerosis and elevated LDL
- Updated tooltips and descriptions for Stroke diagnosis
Changes to Pancreatitis:
- Pancreatitis is now referred to as Acute Pancreatitis
- Acute pancreatitis main symptom is now diagnosed by CT scan or Ultrasound
- Changed percentage chance of appearance for symptoms of acute pancreatitis
- Added 2 new symptoms: "Elevated Pancreatic Enzymes" and "Gallstones Discovered"
- Patients with pancreatitis who also have gallstones require surgery.
- Updated tooltips and descriptions for Acute Pancreatitis
No there are no conflicts with department mods that I'm aware of. Unless if those department mods make changes to the vanilla diagnoses. Make sure you have the Infectious Diseases and Traumatology DLC as well.
Fixed problem with Hemothorax and Pneumothorax diagnoses that was making it impossible to diagnose them
Very special thanks to Sleepy068 for helping me track down the issue!
Having said that, the mod should not result in you having no possible diagnosis. If you're getting that pop up, chances are the patient can't run any exams in that department that would lead to a diagnosis. This happens rarely (even without the mod) and what you need to do is send them to another department that has the capability of running other exams. Hemothorax is a symptom that is only seen with the Penetrating Pulmonary Laceration diagnosis in the game. Looking at that diagnosis specifically, the main symptom can only be revealed by an ultrasound or FAST.
- Changed descriptions of cholangitis which is now diagnosed with CT or Ultrasound.
- Cholangitis main symptom collapse changed from Heart Failure to Septic Shock.
- Added small chance for Bacteremia and Hypotension to be one of the presenting symptoms of Cholangitis.
- Changed occurence of Cholangitis from Rare to Uncommon.
