Also, for Firearms b41 - all the new ones that mod adds still have their original weight on my server. I'll double check what's going on with that, because I can see the code is there in the mod to remove their weight.
Cheers
Sorry I'm french and even google translate, don't very help me !
Sorry to bother you, but I try to change the weith of ammo on my dedicated server but no way to success.
CustomizableAmmo = {
Weight = 1,
},
CustomizableMagazines = {
Weight = 1,
I try to change from 1 to 0.5 for the weigth reduction but doesn't work. What did I do wrong ?
Thank's !
Understandable. My modpack would be unlisted (workshop) and kept up to date.
The only reason is to have some "control" over mod updates. To reduce the need to restart a server constantly (my server uses more than 150+ mods). I'm a modder myself so I understand where you come from. :)
But, I appreciate your reply. I'll use your mods on my collection instead. Thank you again!
The Main Reasons are as Follow:
I do most of my development for free, so the only thing I have to show for it is the number of subscribers I have. Adding the mod to a modpack would essentially strip me off some of those subscribers.
I would have no control over whether the mod would be kept updated correctly. Meaning the modpack could be shipping an old (potentially buggy) version of the mod. Some people could complain or request support for an outdated version of the mod. That would only be extra work I'm not willing to provide.
Creating mods for PZ is already horribly difficult and time consuming, so I really want to avoid all the extra work that could potentially result from this.
I Endorse adding my mod to a Workshop Collection.
Thank You for Your Understanding.
I am the owner of a small community and would like your permission to place any of your mods in a modpack for my server. Naturally, I'll credit you as the original owner of your mods, along with linking your mods to refer them to their workshop page. Thank you in advance!
