Do you mind going to Discord and showing me what to do by demonstration? There aren't many tutorials on youtube on how to do it, and my knowledge of FragMotion is at the level of Export and Import models.
scp-096 use several different animations that are pieced together during the game.
When I ported over animations to Troll Face from scp-096, I just added the troll face model into the same scene as scp-096 and then deleted the scp-096 mesh. This left all of the bones and the corresponding animations from scp-096. Then I simply moved Troll Face over to where scp-096 used to be and remapped all of the bones to new positions on the mesh. Then I was finally able to reuse the animations with some minor adjustments to stop the warping. There are probably other ways to do it but this is what me and another addon creater, Hollex, used.
Hope this answered your question.
