I just unsubscribed loaded the game and then subcribed again and reloaded the game and it replaced the dagger.

Well dude, I don't think you can get another, what you can do is store it in a barrel or something, then get arrested then after you've paid your fine or whatever, go collect it and it should be yours.

Yes it actually does, on each swing and crit animation, for example if you were to go up and get a sneak attack on someone and get the kill animation where you slit their throat, as it slits it'll go oooooh yeah
