As a criticism, I would say that it is very easy cheesy some parts. For example, you can lure all the monsters from the ramp into the arena and position yourself so that only a few can get in.
There are also maybe too many situations where you run backwards killing the everything that come in front of you, but the way it is done they are all fun.

I should mention that, being my first map, this was not designed for coop, I don't know what sort of bug you will run into, I do know that your friend can get stuck outside the Arena when the doors close, same for the boss fight (you may have to use cheats since I didn't put any teleporter).
It does seem to crash quite a bit though for some reason, Ive never had a map crash on me 3 times during a playthrough (Made sure to save often)
6) VERY noticeable difficulty spike in the devastator arena onward. I feel like the beheaded enemies and mummies do not need to be there. They do not mix well with the rushing werebulls and reptiloids. It is impossible to avoid damage and if the damage is unavoidable then it feels unfair. I feel the fight would still be hard without the fodder enemies but a lot more enjoyable.
7) I feel there are too many heavy armors and health items especially in the first half of the level. It makes that part feel too forgiving.
8) Why introduce zealots in such a cool way then just not use them again. Too many werebulls. I feel some zealots would have worked better where werebulls are used. Idk.
9) I think your mod overrides some original files for weapon pickups and such. Maybe you should look into changing that.
Pros
1) Loved the first half of the map. Enemies coming from behind the pillars, down the side of the mountain, sand dune sniper area with the arachnoids and metal snake. Really interestingly structured and designed! So much fun: )
2) Layout of the level made it feel like it wasn't just one straight linear path. Good work!
3) Really liked the concept of that invincible red biomech firing rockets at the player while they were fighting other enemies. Very clever.
4) Love the different way enemies were used. Like spawning them in via portals or the above mentioned invincible biomech.
5) Boss fight was really fresh and creative despite the fact that I would randomly get flattened by cannon balls every 2 minutes. The arena layout added some verticality too which is a welcome idea.
