just that it sounds familiar as far as it was something we already fixed
and it's still only just a few users saying anything
like i said, make sure you've got our latest versions as these are official
could be possible you're not playing the proper fixed versions
Time Lord will most likely eventually see these comments, though
so when there's some time, we'll do some more investigating
might also help us if you (or anyone else) goes into more detail
where specifically were you (not just what chapter) and what happened
did you interact with anything, trigger anything, is it consistent/persistent?
and oddly enough, no one else is saying anything...
so, we're led to believe maybe conflicts with other addons
or something changed in a game update
you'll also see it on my account so it's completely safe and legit.
A few critiques would be that part 1 and 2 are pretty short and not really memorable. Getting to the finale town is a bit long and hard to navigate. There's also an exploit by jumping on the tank to get to the house roof which makes it easy, but triple tanks does stop the survivors from camping up there.
i still remember you from earlier around the beginning of this year.
thanks for being so persistent and dedicated.
had a feeling i recognized your name, and not just form on the other version.
Applying a copyright notice to a work has not been required since March 1, 1989. A notice may still provide practical and legal benefits. Notice typically consists of the copyright symbol or the word “Copyright,” the name of the copyright owner, and the year of first publication.
When deciding to use a work protected by copyright, the general rule is to seek permission from the copyright owner. Under the copyright law, a copyright owner may authorize activities that fall under the exclusive rights of copyright.
The copyright in a work initially belongs to the author(s) who created that work. When two or more authors create a single work with the intent of merging their contributions into inseparable or interdependent parts of a unitary whole, the authors are considered joint authors and have an indivisible interest in the work as a whole. By contrast, if multiple authors contribute to a collective work, each author’s individual contribution is separate and distinct from the copyright ownership in the collective work as a whole.
Hi.
Finding information and help for L4D authoring tools is close to impossible, where most of your questions are never answered and you spend most of your time discussing off topic on L4D authoring forums and mailing lists. Now I can design and map pretty good for my own standards, but I'm not a programmer and not an investigator. if one needs to be those in order to make maps for L4D then I guess I'll have to call it quits. :)
If you know how to solve the problems you see in the campaign then by all means, contact me and I'll give you the VMFs and assets and you're more than welcome to finish/fix Dead Echo.
