I didn't add the brew master. It was in the original. All I initially did was clear the crash this mod was having by request. I didn't want to spend much time fixing up issues

Yeah I'm aware of the issues. They are all from the base mod. The link I posted is a slightly different version of this, and he just removed the brewer because of the stuff.

He still works, but it's just missing stuff the original author didn't do

Hey mate, I found a bug on the master brewer. His unit portrait only shows a question mark with no face and his stats are nothing special nor does he have any specific skills. In battle parts of his body animations are missing too.

So again, I only made this mod by request to clear CTD, that was it. But looking through some of the problems, there are a few. Some of the ingame abilities don't exist, like how much healing the berries do, the master brewer and berry wine icons, units not linked to any red skill trees, some sfo abilities not on the units.

So I'll put it all on my to do list.

Well it's likely a problem with the base game mod or you have a mod conflict. Try launching your game without the reskin mods and see if it's still an issue.

i am using a lot of reskins , but for other factions , otherwise any for dwarfs , just additional units and 4K rextures for dwarfs , yeah its just the chest of the master bewer that dissapear otherwise all other units are ok

Also with the abilities there is a bunch of missing stuff from the original mod. I've just had my second son born 2 weeks ago, so not sure when I'll get around to spending time fixing it up. I agree it's annoying.

I just did a fight, the ability works fine, it seems to be just the tool tip.

I think the tool tip for "Mountain Berry wine" ability for the Master Brewer is not showing all the effects.

I think its a heal because it says under Effects "Units won't regenerate if cap was reached." But that's all it says, idk how much it heals. I'll update after I use it in a fight to see if it works and if its just a tool tip issue.

I really only updated the mod to clear errors. I'm pretty new to missing, but I'll try have a look about how they benefit from the skill tree. I really don't have much time, so if you know how to do it, I'm happy to add you as a contributor :)

i think this would be great if they were a bit faster and got upgraded through the tech tree and skill trees. they also arnt buffed by grimbridals ability.
