Ma'am. It's been years and it doesn't work. You probably forgot so let me tell a tale. Workshop might have put a file-size limit (if not, ignore this part) so it cannot be transfered. Best you could do for now is add a link here to a download of the mod's files themselves for people to add manually.
Had to bring it up somehow.

VPK files have size limits. The thing you're looking for is different. But if you want a patched-up version of this to use, feel free to ask.

it really didn't work though resubscribed cause i have checked 5 times and still didn't see .vpk file. Just only got a picture :(

It isn't working for me either.
I've subscribed, unsubscribed, ran the game without subscribing, subscribed, ran the game while subscribed, and it wont download.
The only thing that downloads is its branding image :steamsad:

This one isn't downloading, the game starts and it shows the mod loading, but then I check my addons and it isn't there and it isn't in my folder either

I found out what the problem was. I tried subscribing again, and then I started the game. When I looked for the file again, I found it. This worked for one of your other intro mods, so I'm assuming it will work for this one as well.

Sometimes Steam can Bug with the Download.
And have you looked in all small .vpk files

Uploaded it Log ago to L4D Maps but they choose to Delet all my Background + Intro Mods.
And after that I have stoped uploading Background and Intro Mods there
