There IS a (human) Sarah model on twitter.
And a Secret Histories Tails one, but it's for VRChat, and i'm not sure how to properly port models from VRChat.

I could imagine a neat feature where when you shoot Majin, when the game crashes, the wallpaper will be FUN IS INFINITE, and your desktop will lead you to a Youtube video where FUN IS INFINITE
