you can not add sounds to tv that does not have an ambient generic to support it.
example of a tv in a valve map that does have sound....the 1st one you find in no mercy. it has an ambient generic attached to it that supports a sound file that is only seconds long. new sound has to be exact same length as one you are replacing.
