In the spirit of both modularity as well as ease of use, perhaps all wonders from a specific "nation", region, or religion similar to the Korean, Chinese New Year, etc. packs. This would cut down a lot of the mod bloat.

Weird detail, but shouldn't the Relic of St. Mark be a Classical era artifact? I mean, Christianity was started in the early AD area, not 3000 BC.

It would be interesting if there could be a Wonder which would be specific for each Civilization as a way to compliment it's UA or just to be historical. Things like say Mt. Rushmore for America or the Suez Canal for Egypt.
