Good job.
1. Dreadbear is a bit too fast. Somewhere under around 0.4x what it is currently made the walk speed look more natural for the animation. Aside from that, nice.
2. If possible, including the jumpscare animations for the attacks would be nice. Grim Foxy kinda has an animation in this, but I don't think it's the jumpscare one. Just makes it a bit more clean looking. It's been a long running trend of animatronic pills or NPCs not having any sort of attack animations.
All in all, I hope to see more, best of luck!
The models are ripped straight from it, they're made by Steel Wool
