3/5. Good effort, but has some big issues to work on. The good theming helps a ton though, I can hardly find anything wrong with that.
Hole 16 also has issues, as the big upward spout is *very* finnicky. If you bounce around too much on the way up you're liable to fly off the course entirely, or hit the water (which by default resets your position). A pipe would feel better for gameplay, even if it's not the best aesthetically unless you do it with wood.
I think he used the desert walls as the arrows.
As for the foam on the waterfall, you can use the thunder or snow clouds. They're found in the forest and winter themes, respectively.
