I love the concept, but I think the name "The Second View" is a bit mundane. Maybe it should be called: The Provisoner's Periscope?

Interesting idea and I like the concept of monitoring everything but I think it needs some work.

Love the idea, I do believe it's from the original team fortress, but I do have some nitpicks:
-The screen should display on both sides or, if the dispenser still functions the same, the screen should be on one side and the metal count on the other.
-The camera should be teamcolored, destroyable, placeable and upgradeable. Higher levels allow it to turn quicker to face a enemy or incoming teammate and grant the camera more health.
-The teleporter, sentry and dispenser are to important, so instead of replacing any of the buildings, perhaps give him a new secundaire that allows this placement.
-Change Provisions to ProVisions.

This is the worst idear ever

It's perfect but with a little gap. The camer fotage on the dispenser is shown only on 1 side which is a bit weird since the regular dispenser supply screen is shown on both sides. Also are you able to pick up the camera after you placed it, just as regular buildings?

the only problem is, how would this work, would valve add it because its a bit unappealling, and finally why?

I like it overall, but not the fact that he used the defualt camera prop that you usualy find in the map, it should at least have a team colored stripe. The despencer should have a different look to, and a bigger screen could help. I really like it though, Valve please add this.

It is indeed quite an interesting and unique idea, who knows, maybe we will see this in the oncoming update.

It's a really interesting idea, but I'm thinking there might be technical reasons it couldn't be worked - primarily the extra strain on the servers.

It is a cool idea but I think the camera should first be remade to look more tf2 like and of course had skins for red or blu. Then I think it should change the dispenser's look. Would be nice to have a different kind of dispenser.

The only real use it would have is for spies. Otherwise, you'd hear the beep of your sentry going off. In that case, it would be OP. It's an interesting idea though. Maybe you could have one that watched only main areas (i.e. your intel, owned control points, etc.). Hope this helps :)

This is a classic idea. But it might not get accepted. There was an idea by Valve about a building that healed other buildings, but it got scrapped. Buut I like this.
