Yeah, thought the same. Looks like a really early locomotive design, say around 1835.

All of your loco mods are absolutely fantastic. Some of the best on the workshop in my opinion. I love every one of them and can't wait to see what you make next! If I could make a request I'd love to see a 2-4-2 tank engine, like an L&YR class 5, but whatever you make I'll more than likely love it!

You know, after some reflection, this locomotive is very similar in design to Stephenson's rocket. The main difference is the extra pair of wheels.

In that case, it might be an early passenger locomotive.
