Go into the mod files and use a text search tool to look for 'The Den'. There might accidentally be two entries for it. Remove one and you're golden.
@.Medicator.
Turned out i hadn't had internet for almost half a year. Since it seems people still use this mod, i'll take another shot at it but right now i have no clue when i'm able to do that.
you can swap goodneighbour and diamond city. goodneighbour seems more rough and mafia than diamond city while diamond city is literally built in a baseball field. you cant get more cultural than that.
I'm without Internet since quite a few months. Everything i'm doing is via phone. Updating the mod is pretty high on my list, especially since i'm playing Fallout 4 myself, but i'll have to wait until i get a connection. Hopefully At the beginning of december.
I'm going to make a Commonwealth Minutemen civ eventually, so I deliberately avoided all of F4's "buildable" settlements.
That's a weired issue with steam workshop sometimes, for those people and mac users there is a link at the bottom but it's down right now. Till i reup it which might take a few days, you're stuck with restarting steam and try it again a few times.
The short description box as well as the custom images, both aren't supported out of the box.
There are also some UI hacks to add a little more flavour to them. Sadly, there is no way to influence the city states ai or have events for them.
Admitedly,my excitement is likely premature since I haven't downloaded it yet,but if I may make a suggestion (which may be too late) I think it'd be a pretty cool idea for Megaton to behave like any other city state (trade,be taken over, etc) but be a bit 'unstable' and with a bit of coercion (through bomber or guided missile) the city explodes from the undetonated atomic bomb and becomes "city ruins".
Playing on a Huge Islands world with 24 City States active. I met Freeport quite early on, at the other end of the map I once again met Freeport for the 2nd time, only this time the nameplate is RUSADIR and it's a military state too.

New Vegas is almost too powerful to be 'just a city state'.
