Zastras needs a nerf and adjustment, urgent. It gains actions when it should not, gains more armor thatn it should, more Regen than it should.

It is entirely compatible with Ruina, for anyone wondering. But I came here to whine about the Void Shrine. Please let us just walk away rather than leaving us with three options which are often going to be all the same thing: pay me to fuck you over. I grant you that the choices CAN all be really useful depending on your deck, but if they're not it's a terrible event.

Necrototem is also reducing its dmg to block to 1; I have a relic that gives plated armor to enemies-2 each turn, effectively a combination of ever stacking buffer and intangible

complete bullshit elites, why would you ever give an enemy 5 plated armor and strength EVERY TURN. i get its meant to be hard cause the rewards are good but seriously this is too much. i believe it may be the red dragon that did it, i didn't read what he did but it really doesnt matter it was way overscaled for second act.

A short but nice optional Act in the middle of Act II. Creative enemy ideas ( although the Prism thing can go sit in the corner of shame with double HP Lagavulin thanks to the Swap Starting Deck mod ). Also comes with enjoyable relics and events.

Latest update should hopefulyl fix the audio buffer crash for good, thanks to alchyr. (for reference, it was the random crash after the battle tower is over that happened sometimes)

I actually think making it exhaust would make the card worse, hah. I'll test making the card exhaustive 2 or 3 (exhausts after being played that many times), see how it feels.

Not to dogpile on you Tower Builder, but the lamp could probably be 90% fixed just by exhausting. That is, if the event itself is preferred as is. I know Genie's are evil, but damn get a sandwich genie take a 5 min break lol. Otherwise, having a blast.

Alright, alright, let it not be said that I'm unreasobale. I disagree with the opinions on the genie lamp event but if it's this many people complaining I can make a few small tweaks.

Increase gold gain and Wish for Knowledge now does something special if there are no cards left to dupe.

Also, agree with the Genie event. I suggest buffing this event a bit:

1. Cards cloned by Lamp are upgraded
2. More gold (300, possibly?)
3. On exit option, small heal or something, just to make it less of a "feels bad" option.

Necro Totem is way too strong/polarizing compared to other bosses imo. It requires very specific decks to beat, and since you can't see the boss before you enter, it can absolutely wreck you.

I'm in the same boat as Lehman. The Genie event is something that probably would've been hit by the "Better X" series of mods for StS that came out a while ago if it was a Vanilla event.

Pretty much all of the options end up being negative in a large variety of decklists and I feel like encountering this event robs me of a lot of choice in my actions. Even the "good" choice of taking the lamp card (which honestly should be red text instead of green because it feels like a curse) ends up devastating most decks. Leaving the tower early usually feels like a punishment instead of a good thing or even a neutral option. I'd rather see it replaced with an option to just keep climbing past him and ignore the genie altogether.

Having playd more arround the tower a suggestion please change the random event where your choice is gift of knowledge(basically a curse that bloats your deck, realy damn sinister maybe if it copied 1 card but the fact that it keeps giving you more cards that you might not even need sucks ass, it literaly bricked me every time i took it making my deck so bloated i could never find what i need ) a pitiful amount of gold(another curse this time a shop one) or leaving the tower(wasting your efforts in case you had to beat your way through multiple fights), its like a hyper bad version of the vanila event in 3rd act that could take a card you need from you or maybe dont need

Love the idea of this, its really fun to decide if you're strong enough to go to the tower. That being said, the skills and relics you get from here are completely broken. I obtained the pawn cards and literally just mndlessly mowed down everything else after that.

The Mods I am using is the Item Choice Mod, where you can choose any of the cards/relics of that type.

I've managed to make it do this bug EVERY time, so I don't know if the pop-up for the choices (despite -to my knowledge- not affecting the map itself)

The only way I can make it proceed is to choose to skip the Card.

I can receive normal gold and relics, but choosing a card will put me into the normal map.

Same for whenever you click the map Icon.




I have other custom character mods too, but they don't impact anything on the map, similar to the Battle towers, at least.

I'll try and list them all.

So, it's not a crashing bug, but I keep getting to the Tower in Act 2, and I can only fight the first Monster, once I finish, it pulls up the normal map, and I go on my way.

Any advice on how to fix it?

Hah, thanks for letting me know, that encounter indeed didn't interact with any powers that did something at the start of its turn. Fixed it.

So, massive issue, specifically for the silent, not tested on others yet... certain enemies like the louse hoard are... well... they don't actually take the poison damage, the build up occurs, but the damage never hits
