I have just increased the prison capacity that I had from 92 to 120, I am only going to leave this code so that the capacity of the prisoners increases and 360 are the ones that exceed

The game doesn't seem to like decimals in $CITIZEN_ABLE_SERVE, so 3.86 is rounded down to 3. I just increased the required employees to compensate for the size because 4/1 inmate/warder would feel cheaty.

Did something change? For me in game this only has the capacity for 276 inmates ... which is tiny bit more than the vanilla prison.
Given the physical size and cost to build, this should house a thousand prisoners, honestly.
