In which way this is better or worse, or which hitbox style you prefer is purely subjective, but simply put, capsules better fit the humanoid models, unless we are talking about Minecraft steve player models or similar cube-shaped player models, the vast majority of humanoid models will have rounded limbs, in this case, capsules better match the model, default Garry's Mod hitboxes are very lazy and have gaps in them that you can shoot through and some even stick far outside where the model is, the hitboxes included in this addon should work for vanilla player models should not suffer from these issues, which is what makes them better, in my opinion at least.
Also, Roblox does NOT use capsule hitboxes.
