@Herpofool: Destruction spells are mainly offensive spells (you shot them to damage an enemy) while Alteration spells usually interact only with the caster and do not damage anyone :P
@Rem_the_twilight: lol I thought that you didn't read the description, sorry but I'm not a native English speaker :P
@wojter18: well, the spell alterates the stare of the meat (if it was in real life), it doesn't destroy it :P
