It is still a work in progress.
I'd also like to amend the cooperative transport policy, since creating new bus companies has every chance of oversaturating public transport. What cooperatives could really change is decentralised transit. I'd like to propose the policy be turned into:
the Decentralised Transit Cooperative Board
A nationwide set of government boards which aim to begin transit cooperatives offering local delivery and private cab services. The board would encourage the use of e-bikes and cargo bikes for delivery and electric vehicles for cabs allowing green decentralised transit from people living in the areas being served.
I adjusted some of the impacts; I agree that it is a bit overpowered. Regarding the other portion of your comment: I want to do something like that, but I do not have the time. That would be a mod that I would do after this semester. I am graduating so I am very focused on school right now. I really appreciate the recommendation.
Only one thing, that confuses me: How come that the cooperative policy under education does not increase socialism membership? After all it can be assumed that having education about coops and people learning about these ideas increases the likelihood of people agreeing, thus becoming socialists themselves.
I appreciate the feedback. I need to add a few more effects to some of the policies, like increasing the negative effect on foreign investment when implementing the banking and housing cooperatives.
I will work on the decentralization aspect; perhaps tying in the ban on private industry.
I want to add a few more policies but that will have to wait until I finish my class. There is a break next week so I plan on doing a bit of modding then.
The only other one that is unrelated but would be nice, is decentralization. Abilities to federalize or confederalize.
I want to add a few more policies, and maybe a dilemma or two, so if you have some policy ideas I am all ears.
