Cool idea but been to Utah more than a few times. seems to me they love building huge temples. Shouldnt they have some sort of bonus to building wonders or have a few of their own wonders, or at least a special district building to replace the game temple.

Wow. I never thought I would see such a historically misunderstood group included in this--despite their impact on American History and its western development. I'm not part of their religion but this is cool that you would create a mod for them.

Alright man, no bother. I'm glad to hear it's in the books though!

Dear @Tovarish Daniil,

I have a long list of civilizations and leaders I've been chipping away at for the past few months. My plans for alternate leaders were for much later down the line, while leaders are much easier to produce, I typically produce these mods on an arbitrary whim and can't make promises. I intended to begin a "Roman Rivalry" expansion this month, as evident in my recent Parthia, Khazars, and a secret civilization yet to be released this week. Ho Chi Minh, Mao Zedong, Kim Il-sung, Fidel Castro, Joseph Stalin, and Nikita Krushchev are planned for a "Red Armies" pack after I release a "Pan-Slavic" civilizations pack (Kruschev would be a Ukraine/Ruthenian alt leader and therefore dependent on the pack). I'm sorry to say it will take time. I can churn out a leader in a weak at best, but frankly I need to return to my neglected YouTube channel.

Best Regards,
Strudeler

Hey @Strudeler

I just got your reply just now, first of all I wanna say how I appreciate how politely you wrote it. I'm so used to people being either vague or arsey on steam that seeing someone with actual manners is actually a really cool change.
Second, that is really cool to hear! I'm glad to hear that we're in sync! Is is alright if I make another wee request at some point? I'd love to see Ho Chi Minh as an alternate leader for Vietnam. I'm actually quite shocked nobody has done it already!

Cheers,
Daniil

Dear @R-Minius,

Last week I got out of bed and thought it would wrong to release Deseret without Joseph Smith. I first created Deseret with Brigham Young and I focused on him churning out settlers and the unique apostle. I knew about the Nauvoo Legion then, but thought it would be unique for a civilization to have a unique religious unit. I made the Nauvoo Legion in about thirty minutes and intended it as the cavalry answer to the Warrior Monk. Currently Nauvoo Legions should appear as Horsemen but ones created in the industrial era should appear as Rough Riders. I'm planning on reworking the Nauvoo Legion to have a unique promotion tree that better reflects its parallels to the Warrior Monk, I would change its graphics by then.

Best Regards,
Strudeler

Dear @TovarishDaniil,

I've been planning several Hindu Kush civilizations, first I'm thinking Gurkania/Gurkaniya with Timur and Shah Rukh. I know I want to create an Aurangzeb sometime after my Timurid mod is released.

Best Regards,
Strudeler

Could you do the Mughals?
R-Minius 26 Jan, 2022 @ 11:02am
Not bad. When you get new graphics, Nauvoo Legion should definitely be some sort of Line Infantry.
