Ah, yes it requires both Tengu and Longen to be taken out to liberate the town, I forgot that detail. So yeah, when both of them are taken out he should move to the ruins.

Hm. Why can't I edit my comment? Anyways: Just checked again - I already got Longen and mixed him up with Tengu. Seems you need both Longen AND Tengu, so my question should have been:
It means I can still change the world state of Heng without importing - I just need to continue my crusade against the UC and capture/kill *Tengu*, then go attack Yoshinaga in the ruins?

In the half-destroyed version it would require an import if you've already been there in that save, it cannot refresh already generated residents without an import.

The ruins version only happens if Longen is taken out, yes.

I do not really get how it works, would be great if you could help:
Heng is half destroyed due to the fight against the traders. I did not attack Heng itself.
Now that I wanted to free Heng I see there is no noble any longer. Found your mod, installed it but it does not seem to help.
I reloaded my save before my attack on Heng but seems I passed it already on my way to the anti slavers, as Yoshinaga does not show up there.
Going to the ruins - no Yoshinaga there, too.
Does it mean Yoshinaga only shows up there if I did not visit/pass half destoyed Heng at all?
And not sure if I get the entry in your mod correctly (I am new to modding) - does Longen need to be dead before Yoshinaga is in the ruins?

Odds are it's Genesis altering the overrides. It removes and changes the conditions of overrides in many towns.

for some reason even after all UC and slave traders lord got imprisoned my heng still not half destroyed but Yoshinaga still missing after multiple imports with and without this fix, i'm playing with Genesis mod

I made it for myself. Because I hit the bug with him not spawning on one of my saves. Then I posted it after someone on discord mentioned having the issue too.
