In order to avoid problem in the animation, you can use the vanilla weapon animation for that. Use the "Katiba" reload animation when it´s empty.

Was hoping this would be a standalone mod so i could make a replacement pack for the Vanilla NATO faction without needing to download other stuff.

What you've done so far is great and if you can get this far I'm sure it'll get even better once some of the bugs are addressed in time.

Sure, he could load the AIO version himself and remove the AUG and ACR-E, but then the Arma3 launcher would show an error saying the mod is missing. (The client doesn't give an error, and it works fine, but the display error on the launcher looks bad and makes some people uncomfortable.)
Still, there is no need for you to change AIO dependency version, and if you had included AIO in dependency, you would have people asking you to "minimize it, no AIO!" as well.
To optimise the mod reads, it is better to set the minimum addon requirements rather than the AIO, but this also results in the loss of redundancy.
This is a limitation of the workshop system...
Just checked. Needs RHS USAF, NIArms Aug rifles, and JSRS sound mod.

I believe RHS is a dependency. Try running them together and they should be in the arsenal. Still some bugs (other dependencies we don't know of?) but definitely there.
