However, i don't believe there is a mod that lets you set buildings you can spawn in as safehouses (or at least i haven't found one despite hours of searching) For those of us that use additional spawn point mods, that would be an immensely useful feature.
Perhaps that could be a feature in the next version of this mod, or a new mod? Just an idea.

No, but I believe there was a fork of this mod in the workshop, to allow it for every access level. Just search for "safehouse"
You can activate and deactivate this mod whenever. It doesn't leave or change any information in your save files. Be sure that...
1) you have installed this mod correctly. The mod must appear in both Mods and Workshop sections
2) your access level is admin, and you can see ADMIN panel button on the left side of UI
3) the building you're trying to claim is not a spawn point. Though, in this case you will get a different tooltip that will prevent your claim
That's a core bug.
Also would be cool if we can claim more than one safehouse at a time.
