leg and body sometime become invisible,
when use meld heal there was a little chance that can't end templar's turn.Only way is save&load.

Guardian ended up running around without legs. He was all kinds of messed up. He was fun while he lasted.

I would put money on the Reapers just chilling in abandoned cities helping whatever branch of XCOM is cleaning up the Lost.
Skirmishers I think would attempt the relaxed and civilian lifestyle because all they ever fought for was Hybrid freedom

Hmm.

I thought the Guardians would have turned into the The Progeny.
a good chunk of Skirmishers turned Gray Phoenix,
and Sacred Coil are Ex-ADVENT.

The only ones I'm not sure about are the Reapers, due to their reclusive style, I would guess they just stay out of the city.

Alright, armor disappearing issue should be fixed now. The mod now has a check on the strategy layer that checks if it needs to be fixed, and the cosmetics should re-appear. It might take a second or two but it should reliably work once you get the update.

Did some random testing with the dev console, and it seems as if swapping the Templar's armor causes the model to permanently turn partially invisible. The config lines from your pastebin do not alleviate the issue.

Ok so this will very likely require a save *before* the enhanced kevlar armour upgrade was made in order to properly test it since I've been busy working on WOTR mods at the moment, but this came to mind:

Does adding the lines from this pastebin ( https://pastebin.com/uLCHYCHc ) to the mod's XComContent.ini at (whatever drive Chimera Squad is installed)\steamapps\workshop\content\882100\2727362974\Config affect the invisilbiity bug or not?

Difference is, after beating a mission with the bugged, semi-invisible model, its now invisible on the base too.

Hmm, just noticed it happen again after getting the enhanced armor upgrade in the squad selection menu. If I back out, it goes back to normal. Here's two screenshots.

Is this a permanent issue or is it a per mission thing?

The way game handles content loading from what I tested means I've ran into instances where similar characters (like the Garrus mod, for instance) sometimes don't have all their parts loaded: I've only been able to reliably reproduce it when doing TQL tests so I can only assume something weird sometimes happen when the game has to load it into the tactical space without being given enough prep time in the strategy layer or something.

Not sure what happened, but in two playthroughs, the battle model of the Templar agent has gone mostly invisible for me. Here's a screenshot.

Both files are "Mokoto_voiceBank". Should I make a seperate file or just use the newer one?
