when use meld heal there was a little chance that can't end templar's turn.Only way is save&load.
Skirmishers I think would attempt the relaxed and civilian lifestyle because all they ever fought for was Hybrid freedom

a good chunk of Skirmishers turned Gray Phoenix,
and Sacred Coil are Ex-ADVENT.
The only ones I'm not sure about are the Reapers, due to their reclusive style, I would guess they just stay out of the city.

Ok so this will very likely require a save *before* the enhanced kevlar armour upgrade was made in order to properly test it since I've been busy working on WOTR mods at the moment, but this came to mind:
Does adding the lines from this pastebin ( https://pastebin.com/uLCHYCHc ) to the mod's XComContent.ini at (whatever drive Chimera Squad is installed)\steamapps\workshop\content\882100\2727362974\Config affect the invisilbiity bug or not?

The way game handles content loading from what I tested means I've ran into instances where similar characters (like the Garrus mod, for instance) sometimes don't have all their parts loaded: I've only been able to reliably reproduce it when doing TQL tests so I can only assume something weird sometimes happen when the game has to load it into the tactical space without being given enough prep time in the strategy layer or something.
