Worse than other maps by the author. And several bugs prevented solving the room without looking up solutions.

My friend and I played this as a versus map and neither of us were able to complete the Mathematician's corner, even with the provided hints. After looking up a video walkthrough, we realized that there are supposed to be Xs on the books to initiate the puzzle, but those Xs were not visible to either of us.

Very nice. I especially appreciated the low INT skeleton's solution. Very funny.
One glitch: I never did figure out how to reveal the turntable cubes with the colored dots in the Mathematician's corner, but I was able to rotate the cubes while they were still hidden and stumbled into the combo without being able to see the cubes.

Great map. Definitely took me longer than 15 minutes.

great map one small thing i found the obelisks you can grab the key from the drawer to do the puzzle without opening it and i'm sure it was not intended that way

Excellent puzzles. Perfect room. I love it.
It took me one hour to finish it. (When you love, you take your time :-)
Thank you Brengo.

It might be helpful to indicate which items are keys in the rooms needed to solve puzzles, only because some are marked and some aren't and it makes the room feel really disjointed and it feels like you have to guess a lot.

nevermind my previous complaint, I did a last once over and found the other key

A fun map with individual puzzles at each corner. I got stuck with the key at the archeologist's corner, I put it in the slot of the number row, so on the side of the cupboard, it didn't do anything, so I put it in the other place but also did nothing, completed the other puzzles (one by brute force) but I found it really intuitive to the rest.

Awesome room, one glitch: If you take the umbrella back off the rack you can't put it back and can't complete room. Also if you drop a key near a rug its gone forever, that is a common glitch in rooms. Thanks!

first room, first bug. done. I mean how you should be able to play game when first puzzle is bugged?

Decent room. There are several slots that disable themselves once the key is slotted in, which is not great, especially for the umbrella/tophat which can softlock the room. We also accidentally solved a couple of the puzzles early, and it toggled some animations for parts of the room we hadn't solved yet.

I enjoyed playing. But the last corner didn't go as intended. I was doing the Surgeon's corner and got to the point where the statue moved to reveal the paper under it. I saw the codex and the tags on the skeletons. I think I was supposed to put a code in to the lock to open the box and get the key and so on. I thought the tags were the numbers so I put 1 and 2 on the lock, then I realized that the tags must be the dice on the book self. I rotated the first two and then was messing with the third one when the corner solved and I was done, even though I didn't do it correctly. I wasn't meaning to brute force it, I didn't even realize I could. Great room.

TY for all the notes, I will be fixing these issues starting with the major ones (softlocking issues mainly)

Good room, but it's quicker, easier and far less awkward to just stick the keys to the obelisk board in each keyhole in succession than to count the obelisk drawings and compare each side. Also the extra obelisk you get not snapping to the board is problematic as the previous commenter said, there's no indication that that's where it's meant to go.
Nafun 25 Jan, 2022 @ 1:13am
Couple of issues: If you solve the 3 colored dials on the researcher's corner by brute forcing it without getting all 3 clues, the corner "solves" and locks, but doesn't activate the eye.
On the archaeologist's corner, when you put the obelisk down, it doesn't lock in place, it just goes wherever you put it, leaving you to brute force the keys.

The notes that you can't pick up are very hard to read.

You cannot play this multiplayer as the door shuts and lock the other players

I really enjoyed the variety of puzzles that you presented in this room! It was challenging, yet it was still easily solvable. The story line is very intriguing as well and makes me anticipate the next chapter/part. Thanks for sharing!
Brengo  [author] 22 Jan, 2022 @ 5:13am
TY, I'll look into that too

Nice room! I liked the clear signal that each set of corner puzzles was done. One thing -- after putting the extra obelisk down on the chessboard, I picked it up again thinking I needed to move it for the puzzle, and the wall went up so I couldn't see the hints in the other room. Wall didn't come back down when I put the obelisk back on the board so I had to restart. Maybe make the obelisk immovable after it's placed or make the wall stay down even if the obelisk moves?
