This storage capacity is unbalanced. I love the idea, but overall it has 380t capacity. This is huge exaggeration. Judging on vanilla buildings this could contain 200t as maximum.

Your problem may be with the game mechanics. It is probably caused by the warehouse data presentation system. You split one warehouse with three products into three warehouses with one product, and this could lead to the fact that not all warehouses and their products are presented on hint.
