The image was created outside the game by combining sprites and does not reflect what you may or may not be able to do with the patch.

FluffyTowels, could you try making a mod where we can paint warcasket?

@FluffyTowels hey any chance you could make a addition/config to this mod that gives extra carrying capacity to the war casket trait as currently my war caskets just with the weapon and armor are over max carrying capacity. making them negative weight in caravans and be very slow at hauling.

I got it to work on new war caskets i made. The one that wouldnt work must have been a one off or was built before i added this mod and i missed that fact. Thanks for your time though.

After any other mods that affect what work warcaskets can and cannot do. If it still doesn't work, give me your mod list and I will try to see what's wrong, eventually.

When I made this mod, the shellcasket never even appeared when removing warcaskets.
Also I have no idea how to edit medical operations, and, unfortunately, with exams coming up I don't really have the time to learn.

Pls do an addon removing the 'Remove from Warcasket' debuffs (Limb Dismemberment, Shellcasket), would like to treat armor as Mecha or Hardsuits instead of MECs from XCOM. Thanks in advance :D

I think them being worse than marine armor is by design, they're supposed to be the industrial alternative to the spacer power armor

Also despite warcaskets being such a risky procedure, most of them are worse than marine armor, simply because they can't have quality.

Warcaskets didn't render properly for me most of the time, making them look naked with armor plates just floating around them. Warcaskets don't proved the promised manipulation and movement buff. Removing warcasket doesn't remove the warcasket trait and doesn't give the shellcasket trait. Shellcaskets are not in constant agonizing pain. Of course there is a possibility that my game is just broken as hell for whatever reason but I doubt that after looking though the files a bit.

Ahh you say the pirates mod seems to be under developed. I haven't tested it out, I'm going to start a new game with them enabled. What in your opinion makes it seem undeveloped? Besides the weird way they are allowed to haul? :sssalpaca:

a patch that makes it so ALL factions had the potential to spawn pawns w/ warcaskets would be cool because as far as i can tell with my testing only junkers and rarely mercs can spawn using them

In my experience; they actually already could haul - are you certain that they couldn't? I know the description said they don't - but Oskar even said he changed his mind and enabled it.

Thank you for this. It was a very stupid design decision to not let them haul. The justification of "expensive to operate" falls really flat when theu can freely wander around dping nothing at all.

@Dr. Nolegs The shellcasket trait seems to not work as intended, at least in my game, so the most I can is make them able to do social and research again. If you're talking about making the operation not take away limbs, I have no idea how to do that, but you could get an easier solution for replacing them, that being the harvest everything mod.
