Can't declare war on the brunai Imperium while it's a fallen empire nor i can do anything but fight their fleets when they throw them at me when they are awaken. They just keep their borders closed and i can't do anything but watch as they throw fleets at me.

Nice, will use this mod next time I'm playing. Also, are you planning on making the updated Brunai Imperium crisis a standalone mod?
